About The Role and Employer
The Holiday Inn Express Regensburg, a 3-star hotel with 144 rooms and part of the Revo Hospitality Group, is located within walking distance of Regensburg's historic old town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that blends culture, history, and contemporary living. The hotel caters to business travelers, culture enthusiasts, and leisure guests who appreciate straightforward comfort and a central location. Staff at the hotel provide professional, courteous, and warm service throughout the front desk, breakfast service, and housekeeping. The hotel offers a varied breakfast buffet and an evening bar providing a space for relaxed encounters.
Becoming part of the Revo Hospitality Group means working in an environment where service quality, teamwork, and hospitality are felt daily in a heritage setting. The position is full-time and fixed-term with a planned start date of March 1, 2026. The workplace is in Regensburg.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist guests as the first point of contact at the reception.
- Ensure smooth operations from check-in to check-out processes.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with all hotel departments to guarantee optimal guest service.
- Manage the cash register and handle accurate front office billing.
- Address individual guest requests with dedication, attentiveness, and a service-oriented mindset.
Candidate Profile
- Completed vocational training in hospitality or initial professional experience as a career changer with enthusiasm for guest services.
- Strong service orientation and ability to create a genuine welcoming experience for guests.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written, to communicate daily with international guests.
- Organizational skills and capacity to manage multiple responsibilities, even during high-stress situations.
