Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Full Stack Developer to join our technology team. This mid-level position involves designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive web applications that provide seamless user experiences alongside solid backend services and scalable system designs. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with product managers, UI/UX designers, engineers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver secure, efficient, and reliable digital products.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain end-to-end web and enterprise software applications.
• Create responsive and accessible frontends using current JavaScript frameworks and web technologies.
• Build scalable backend services, RESTful APIs, business logic, and database solutions.
• Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to convert business needs into technical designs.
• Integrate third-party APIs, authentication methods, payment gateways, and cloud platform services as needed.
• Improve the performance, scalability, security, and maintainability of the full technology stack.
• Engage in architecture decisions, sprint planning, code reviews, and agile development.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues by conducting root cause analysis and implementing stable fixes.
• Coordinate with QA and DevOps teams to facilitate automated testing, CI/CD processes, and production releases.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, coding standards, and adhere to best software engineering practices.
• Explore and adopt new technologies, frameworks, and tools that improve engineering effectiveness.
• Contribute to initiatives for continuous improvement in software quality, team productivity, and user experience.

Required Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of both frontend and backend development concepts.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with backend frameworks and languages such as Node.js, Java, Python, C#, PHP, Go, or Ruby.
• Well-versed in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, SQL and NoSQL databases, and microservices principles.
• Familiar with cloud environments, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps workflows.
• Skilled in using Git for version control and practicing agile software development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and troubleshooting capabilities.
