GAT Support Level Trainee

Role Overview

This position involves undergoing on-the-job training for a support-level role within manufacturing, handling basic to moderately complex production tasks as instructed. The role aims to equip the trainee with the necessary skills and certifications to successfully join the manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage actively in designated training to prepare for a support role in manufacturing operations.
• Execute assigned manufacturing tasks ranging from basic to moderately complex as per training directives.
• Complete any required testing or certification related to the assigned area.
• Follow all safety, health, and company security policies rigorously as directed by supervisors.
• Perform additional duties as allocated.

Candidate Requirements

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, memos, and short correspondence effectively.
• Possess basic writing skills and the ability to interpret visual aids.
• Apply practical reasoning to complete simple one- or two-step instructions independently.
• Handle routine and standardized situations with minimal variation.
• Perform basic arithmetic operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
• Understand and interpret ratios, percentages, diagrams, and graphs.
