About the Role
This position is for a restaurant managed by an independent franchisee, not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds the McDonald’s license but operates as a distinct business responsible for all employment matters, including hiring and supervision. McDonald’s USA has no control over employment decisions or access to applications for this role.
The General Manager will lead the restaurant towards profitability while maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. This key leadership role involves setting goals with higher management and developing strategic plans to meet them. The manager will guide Department Managers, assist with their goal setting, track departmental progress, and provide coaching to enhance overall restaurant performance.
Additional responsibilities include recruiting and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure a capable leadership team that can sustain ongoing success.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience as a General Manager, preferably in high-volume locations.
- Experience in quick service restaurants is highly preferred; backgrounds in hospitality or retail are also relevant.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting salary of minimum $65,000 annually, with potential for monthly bonuses based on performance.
