You will oversee projects from initial concept through final execution, working closely with internal departments, agencies, as well as our franchise and cooperation partners. Main Responsibilities

Conceptualize, design, and execute both print and online media from initial drafts to final layouts in accordance with corporate design standards.
Creatively contribute to major marketing campaigns and develop fresh design concepts for the L’Osteria brand landscape.
Independently manage design projects, guiding them through the entire creative process.
Organize, coordinate, and follow up on product and photoshoot sessions.
Advance and maintain our Corporate Design Guidelines.
Ensure consistent brand communication in collaboration with franchise partners, joint ventures, cooperation partners, and external agencies.
Work closely with various departments to translate diverse requirements into compelling and brand-appropriate design solutions.

Candidate Profile

Completed studies in graphic or communication design, or an equivalent qualification.
Several years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally within a brand-focused company or agency.
Strong sense for design, typography, imagery, and a commitment to high quality and detail.
Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Experience with motion design, video editing, or moving images, preferably using Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects, is a plus.
Creative mindset combined with an organized and solution-oriented work approach.
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize projects independently and maintain oversight over multiple concurrent tasks.
Excellent communication skills and confident demeanor when interacting with internal teams, agencies, and external partners.
Receptive to feedback and capable of integrating suggestions constructively into elevated design outcomes.
Enjoys teamwork, reliable, and passionate about strong brands.
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
