Job Overview

A prominent international company based in the Middle East is searching for a Qatari HR Advisor to be part of their Doha team. This key role focuses on ensuring adherence to local labor regulations and optimizing HR policies and compensation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with Qatari labor laws and consistent application of corporate HR policies.
• Design, implement, and assess the success of compensation policies, non-executive bonus schemes, guidelines, and associated procedures.
• Formulate a compensation plan aligned with Qatari and regional market standards.
• Manage and coordinate the salary planning process.
• Address and resolve employee disputes and conflicts in a timely manner.
• Utilize performance management techniques to support and guide team members effectively.
• Maintain and update organizational charts along with the employee directory.
• Ensure continual maintenance and enhancement of HR systems and workflows.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of seven years’ experience working in Human Resources within a Shared Services environment.
• Proven expertise managing and executing compensation and benefits programs.
• Comprehensive understanding of Qatari employment legislation and operational procedures, with extensive local experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Preference will be given to Qatari nationals in line with the company’s Qatarization commitment.
