HR Recruiter

About the Role

We are seeking an HR Recruiter to spearhead the recruitment efforts at our organization. This role involves managing the end-to-end hiring process, starting from understanding the workforce needs in different departments, to ensuring smooth onboarding of new hires.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department heads to grasp detailed hiring requirements.
• Advertise job vacancies on various online job portals and social media channels.
• Identify potential candidates by using job boards, referrals, and active networking.
• Evaluate resumes thoroughly and shortlist candidates who meet the job criteria.
• Conduct initial HR screenings and telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Arrange interviews between shortlisted candidates and respective hiring managers.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date candidate records in recruitment databases.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong skills in managing time and organizing recruitment workflows efficiently.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines effectively.
• Detail-oriented and capable of collaborating well within a team environment.

Career Progression

Advancement opportunities include growth from HR Recruiter to Senior Recruiter, eventually leading to a Talent Acquisition Specialist position.

Compensation

Monthly salary ranges from 14,000 to 16,000 INR.
