Role Overview
As a Human Resource Apprentice at CMA CGM, you will support various HR functions essential to payroll management, compliance, and employee record maintenance within a globally recognized logistics group. This role offers exposure to diverse HR operational tasks and employee engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support payroll processes by assisting with management, audits, and compliance across all locations in India.
- Help maintain accurate employee records including new employee files and preparation of HR letters such as appointment, transfer, probation review, and confirmation letters.
- Supervise daily attendance and leave management, ensuring adherence to organizational policy and managing payroll inputs related to attendance, leaves, and variable compensations.
- Oversee identity and access card management for employees.
- Manage end-to-end medical insurance processes for PAN India employees and group companies.
- Assist with various HR projects, employee engagement activities, and clerical support within the HR department.
- Contribute to recruitment efforts by sourcing candidates and maintaining the recruitment database.
- Participate in planning and executing special HR-related events.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
