Role Overview
As a Human Resources Advisor, you will deliver timely and effective HR guidance to the Urgent Emergency Care Services team within the hospital's urgent care division. Your expertise will cover core HR matters such as service planning, managing organizational change, handling employee relations, and overseeing recruitment and retention processes. Your work will directly support the creation of high-quality care settings that consistently meet and surpass statutory and Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards.
Responsibilities
You will collaborate closely with the HR Business Partner to ensure compliance with legal and organizational policies. Your advisory role will address the unique challenges faced by urgent care services, helping them manage their workforce in alignment with the Trust's core values and ensuring delivery of exceptional patient care.
