Overview
Our client, a confidential government entity located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seeks a skilled Program Manager for their IT department. This role demands management of various IT programs and coordination of several projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate multiple IT projects within a program framework to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to track progress and resolve any obstacles.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders by effectively communicating updates, concerns, and achievements throughout the program lifecycle.
- Apply project delivery methodologies and IT processes to maintain compliance and quality standards.
- Utilize strong planning and problem-solving abilities to proactively handle issues and optimize project outcomes.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possess between 2 to 9 years of relevant experience in program management, project management, or IT-related positions.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field.
- Achieved a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.75 or higher during academic tenure.

- Demonstrated experience managing IT programs and coordinating multiple IT projects.
- Comprehensive understanding of technology solutions, IT processes, and project delivery methodologies.
- Effective communication capabilities combined with strong organizational and planning skills.
