Position Overview
Gojobs.ma is seeking an enthusiastic and service-focused IT Support Officer at the entry or junior level to join our expanding technology department. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver first-level technical support across hardware, software, and IT infrastructure.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and remote tools.
- Set up, configure, and maintain equipment such as computers, laptops, and printers.
- Manage user account processes including creation, password resets, and access administration.
- Conduct regular system maintenance and monitor overall IT infrastructure performance.
- Accurately record support requests, solutions provided, and relevant technical documentation.
- Assist with software deployment, updates, and system enhancements.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless IT support delivery.
Candidate Requirements
- Fundamental understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and basic networking concepts.
- Experience or familiarity with Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, or comparable business software.
- Knowledge of help desk software, ticketing systems, or remote support applications is advantageous.
- Strong analytical thinking paired with excellent troubleshooting capabilities.
