Candidate Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• No prior experience necessary, though customer service background is advantageous.
• Exceptional written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling.
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with accuracy.
• Adept at juggling multiple software applications and browser tabs.
