Loan Follow-up Executive

Job Overview

Praveg Solar is seeking a Loan Follow-up Executive to manage and track solar loan applications and disbursements, ensuring seamless coordination between banks, sales teams, operations, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage regularly with banks and NBFCs to monitor the progress of solar loan applications and disbursements.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and clients to gather and organize necessary loan documentation.
• Maintain an updated tracker for the status of loan applications including approvals, pending cases, and disbursements.
• Ensure the prompt submission of KYC, financial, and project-related paperwork.
• Address and resolve any queries raised by financial institutions regarding proposals or submitted documents.
• Monitor subsidy-based loans when applicable and liaise with relevant authorities for follow-up.
• Systematically keep records, files, and management information system (MIS) reports.
• Provide consistent updates on loan statuses to the management team.
• Assist in audits and ensure compliance with loan documentation standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities.
• Proficient communication skills in Hindi and English; knowledge of Gujarati is preferable.
• Basic understanding of banking and loan processing protocols.
• Competent in Microsoft Excel and professional email correspondence.
• Meticulous attention to documentation accuracy.

Educational and Experience Qualifications

• Graduate degree holders (B.Com, BBA, or any discipline preferred).
• Between 1 to 3 years of experience in loan processing or financial follow-ups.
• Prior experience in solar energy, EPC, or project finance sectors considered an advantage.
