Job Overview

The Maintenance Electrical Analyst plays a key role in ensuring equipment efficiency and availability by managing both breakdown and preventive maintenance concerning electrical and control systems. This role involves leading continuous improvement initiatives, developing and enforcing maintenance schedules, managing spare parts strategy, and overseeing the maintenance budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal efficiency and availability of equipment in the assigned area.
• Handle breakdown and preventive maintenance activities related to electrical and control systems.
• Lead projects aimed at continuous improvement within maintenance operations.
• Develop and adhere to a comprehensive maintenance task plan.
• Create and implement a strategy for managing spare parts inventory.
• Manage the finances related to maintenance budgets.
• Identify and train team members on maintenance processes to enhance skills and efficiency.
• Develop and apply troubleshooting guides, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) processes.
• Promote a culture focused on safe work systems within the maintenance team.
• Comply with and implement the company’s sustainability policies and plans, aligning maintenance activities with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
