Ace Handyman Services in the Northeast Metro Atlanta area is seeking experienced Carpentry Craftsmen proficient in multiple trades to join their top-rated handyman, repair, and remodeling company. Since 2012, they have provided residential and commercial clients with superior craftsmanship in all types of repair, maintenance, and remodeling tasks both indoors and outdoors.

This is a W2 employment opportunity that offers the independence of managing your jobsite while the company manages job scheduling. You'll operate from your home and travel to various job sites primarily in Northeast Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas, using your personal truck or van. Employment can be full-time or part-time based on your preference.

Responsibilities

You will perform a variety of tasks including carpentry, tiling, painting, drywall, as well as minor electrical and plumbing work to meet client needs, ensuring quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Requirements

Candidates should have a proven carpentry or craftsman background, preferably with prior estimation and home inspection experience. They must have strong troubleshooting, documentation, and invoicing skills, a professional demeanor, and solid communication capabilities. A valid driver’s license, personal truck or van, and ownership of a standard toolset covering multiple trades are required. Residence within 15 miles of Buford, GA is necessary, along with the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation ranges from $23 to $34 per hour, equating to a potential annual income between $45,000 and $68,000. Benefits include paid vacation, performance bonuses, allowances for vehicle and tools, cellphone reimbursement, company credit card, flexible scheduling, advancement opportunities, regular pay reviews, and stable year-round work.
