Multipurpose Maintenance Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and diligent Multipurpose Maintenance Assistant to join our healthcare facility located in Kharadi, Pune. This role involves supporting daily maintenance operations to guarantee a safe, efficient, and well-kept environment for all users.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine electrical and plumbing maintenance tasks.
• Oversee water supply and utility systems, ensuring consistent functionality.
• Uphold cleanliness and maintenance of the hospital grounds, including housekeeping and outdoor area upkeep.
• Operate company vehicles as required to facilitate operational needs.
• Provide assistance with basic computer-related tasks, maintaining documentation and supporting office activities.
• Liaise with external service providers like vendors and technicians for repair and maintenance jobs.
• Support various day-to-day operational duties as assigned to maintain smooth facility functioning.

Candidate Requirements

• Fundamental understanding of electrical and plumbing maintenance.
• Possession of a valid driving license and competent driving skills.
• Basic proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office and internet usage.
• Good physical health and readiness for hands-on work.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude towards responsibility for maintenance tasks.
• Previous experience in maintenance roles within hospitals, offices, apartment complexes, or similar facilities is preferred but not mandatory.

Employment Details

Salary: ₹15,000 per month
Location: Kharadi, Pune
