Role Overview
ALDAR is looking for an Office Management Supervisor to keep the workplace running smoothly and efficiently. This position covers a wide range of office administration and coordination duties, from space planning and vendor handling to safety, budget control, and day-to-day operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor office space usage and make sure available areas are arranged and utilized in the most effective way.
- Plan workstation placement and office layouts so the environment supports productivity and teamwork.
- Handle office logistics, including purchasing, stock tracking, and distribution of supplies.
- Organize office relocations, furniture setup, and installation of equipment when needed.
- Carry out health, safety, and environmental practices across the office and ensure they are properly followed.
- Perform routine safety checks and help build a strong workplace safety mindset.
- Oversee daily office operations to maintain a functional and well-managed work setting.
- Work with maintenance teams to arrange repairs, upkeep, and general improvements.
- Apply office policies and procedures consistently and make sure regulatory and legal requirements are met.
- Support clear communication within the office and across departments.
- Resolve communication gaps and contribute to a constructive workplace atmosphere.
- Coordinate workflow and improve processes to increase efficiency.
