Overview
Our client, an IT service provider, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager/Executive Assistant to support their dynamic and rapidly expanding business. This hands-on role is based onsite and involves a combination of office management, executive support, administrative duties, and event coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency.
- Act as the initial point of contact by welcoming visitors.
- Handle inventory management of office supplies, stationery, and IT equipment.
- Provide administrative and executive assistance to the senior leadership team.
- Coordinate procurement processes and manage vendor relationships.
- Assist with tracking expenses, managing invoices, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Organize internal meetings, team gatherings, and company-wide events.
- Arrange business travel plans such as flight and hotel bookings.
- Support the onboarding process and coordinate equipment setup for new staff members.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in office management and executive or personal assistant roles is essential.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational capabilities and effective time management.
- Self-motivated with a logical and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A team player with a positive mindset and eagerness to develop.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in organizing corporate events is a plus.
