Role Overview

The Operations Manager oversees the operational functions of the organization under the guidance of the Board, ensuring that all activities meet or exceed the established quality assurance standards of The Big Carrot.

Key Duties

• Supervise and enhance operational practices across the establishment.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures across the entire organization as directed.
• Prepare and manage the company’s capital expenditure budget.
• Work closely with the Board of Directors to align with strategic company initiatives annually.
