Role Overview

The Operations Project Lead position is a full-time remote role responsible for directing AI data labeling projects from initial planning stages through final delivery. This role requires coordinating multidisciplinary project teams, overseeing timelines and milestones, and ensuring that all aspects align with client expectations and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize project workflows and monitor progress against performance metrics.
• Identify and address operational challenges while implementing process enhancements.
• Maintain regular communication with internal teams and clients through status reports and project documentation.
• Support the growth and development of project team members.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve operational procedures and help scale the company's managed team model.

Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive operations management expertise, including workflow optimization, coordinating resources, and process refinement.
• Proven project management skills encompassing planning, execution, and risk management of projects.
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data, evaluate performance metrics, and make informed decisions.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams, engage clients, and produce clear reports.
• Experience in client-facing roles or sales, understanding customer needs to assist with project scope and relationship management.
• Proficiency working in remote or distributed teams and familiarity with digital collaboration and project management tools.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities to motivate and guide cross-functional teams composed of various professionals.
• A bachelor's degree in data science, mathematics, operations, engineering, or related fields, or equivalent practical experience.
