Dream Olympic Sports Pvt. Ltd. (DOS) is expanding its presence across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, seeking driven professionals to represent the company locally as Pavilion General Managers. This remote opportunity involves leading strategic initiatives to grow Indias sports ecosystem through partnerships and operational excellence.

Role Overview

As a Pavilion General Manager, you will act as DOSs city representative, primarily working remotely but responsible for frequent on-site engagement with various stakeholders such as clients, vendors, educational institutions, sports organizations, and more. The role requires independent management within your assigned location while maintaining close collaboration with the central Operations Team to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new business prospects for DOS services and solutions.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with schools, colleges, sports academies, clubs, corporates, and government bodies.
• Evaluate and onboard suitable vendors and service providers.
• Lead meetings, presentations, and negotiations with clients and stakeholders.
• Generate and execute projects under DOS Teams, DOS Infrastructure, and DOS Retail sectors.
• Coordinate ongoing projects with the central operations team.
• Engage actively with the local sports community to strengthen relationships.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to uncover new opportunities.
• Provide consistent updates on sales, partnerships, project status, and city performance.

Candidate Profile and Eligibility

• Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred.
• 1 to 3 years experience in business development, sales, marketing, operations, or sports management preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
• Ready to travel frequently within the assigned city.
• Strong entrepreneurial drive and passion for sports.

Compensation

The position offers a salary of ₹260,000 per annum along with allowances.
