Job Overview

This position involves comprehensive project management tasks including project planning, scheduling, control and progress monitoring, cost management and contract administration. Key responsibilities feature planning and scheduling at all levels, evaluating critical activities, preparing look ahead schedules, productivity and shortfall analysis, Progress % S Curves, and ensuring materials readiness for project turnarounds.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze man-hours with recommendations for effective resolution when critical activity issues arise.
Track baseline and target schedules, updating progress via Primavera software, performing productivity and shortfall analyses, and preparing timely reports for management decision-making, including oversight of multiple work levels and departments.
Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera or Microsoft Project at micro-levels.
Regularly update and revise activity schedules weekly based on actual progress versus targets.
Evaluate remaining activity work forecasts, proposing changes to original plans as required.
Organize and manage bi-weekly construction progress meetings involving teams and subcontractors to address delays or bottlenecks.
Ensure master schedules reflect accurate progress and productivity aligned with project plans for management.
Review all planning and scheduling documents to ensure they remain current and compliant with functional team requirements.
Identify and analyze critical and sub-critical activities impacting project timelines and perform critical path assessments.
Develop and control work procedures and method statements for sequential project activities in accordance with specifications.

Strictly follow Installation, Operation and Work Procedures (IOWs), Safe Operating Procedures, and Safe Work Instructions to prevent workplace safety incidents.

Report all suspicious emails and phishing tests immediately.
Achieve zero failures in phishing simulation tests.
Complete 100% of assigned cybersecurity awareness training courses.
Maintain zero cybersecurity violations or inappropriate behaviors.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
A minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience.
