Key Responsibilities

Lead several strategic and operational initiatives targeting process optimization, system improvements, field enablement, and readiness.
Act as the principal integration leader, overseeing the successful design, testing, launch, and adoption of new initiatives within operational teams.
Create comprehensive program schedules detailing timelines, milestones, responsibilities, risk assessment, and performance metrics.
Collaborate closely with teams across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, Training, and external vendors to ensure seamless program success.
Detect operational inefficiencies and gaps, devising scalable interventions to boost consistency and overall performance.
Manage preparation activities including documentation development, communications, training coordination, and deployment assistance.
Analyze operational metrics to identify trends and convert insights into practical recommendations for leadership.
Develop executive-level materials such as presentations, reports, and dashboards that capture progress, risks, and outcomes.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

Minimum of six years' experience managing projects or programs, with a track record of delivering initiatives punctually and within budget.
Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
Strong analytical capabilities encompassing business analysis, operational reporting, or financial planning-related tasks.
Proficient in utilizing data for problem-solving, opportunity identification, and as support for strategic decision-making.
Preferred experience includes fleet maintenance, logistics, field operations, service delivery, or related operational areas.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Experience in establishing structured processes, refining workflows, and supporting scalability in operations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for influencing senior leadership.
Strong organizational aptitude to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, handle ambiguity, and deliver results without close supervision.
