Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Create plan and 3D drawings utilizing AutoCAD software.
• Confirm color schemes for projects.
• Verify quantities of layouts accurately.
• Manage project order placements effectively.
• Prepare handover documentation and checklists to ensure smooth project completion.
• Develop and maintain the master program to guarantee progress aligns with schedules.
• Coordinate all project elements involving clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality matches design specifications.
• Attend site visits and coordination meetings regularly.
• Handle miscellaneous administrative duties as required.

Skills and Experience Required

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent multitasking aptitude combined with strong interpersonal and organizational skills, suited for fast-paced settings.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD is advantageous.
