Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Relationship Manager to become part of our Medium Enterprises team. The selected candidate will handle a client portfolio with turnover ranging from ₹100 Crores to ₹500 Crores, focusing on client acquisition, portfolio maintenance, and cross-selling financial products.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new-to-bank clients within the medium enterprise segment by leveraging market research, references, and networking opportunities.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Perform financial analysis and develop comprehensive credit notes for both new and current clients, assessing risk and structuring credit proposals in accordance with the bank’s policies.
- Collaborate with internal credit teams during proposal reviews and approval processes, and effectively communicate with clients to understand and match their financial requirements with appropriate products.
- Uphold portfolio hygiene by ensuring timely renewal of limits, compliance with documentation, monitoring of early warning signals, and maintaining asset quality to reduce delinquencies.
- Spot and pursue opportunities to cross-sell products such as trade finance, treasury services, cash management, insurance, and working capital facilities.
Additional Information
This position is full-time and based onsite in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. The role is integral to managing medium enterprise clients' financial needs and expanding the bank’s presence in this segment.
