Remote Fixed Schedule AM / Portability Advisor

About the Company

GEA Perú is a prominent Contact Center and Assistance company currently expanding its workforce. They are seeking Advisors to join the CLARO PERU campaign working fully remotely.

Position Overview

The role involves reaching out to Claro's current customers as well as clients from other operators to promote Claro Hogar services. This includes offering exclusive promotions and benefits related to internet, cable, and fixed telephony services. The goal is to increase activations and acquire new customers for the campaign.

Work Schedule

This is a fixed schedule position with working days from Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm. Sundays and public holidays are non-working days.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary: 1130 Peruvian Soles (fixed)
• Unlimited commissions
• Welcome bonus of 70 soles (September)
• Retention bonus of 300 soles
• Perfect attendance bonus of 200 soles
• Training payment: 160 soles (20 soles per day during training)

Training Details

• An 8-day virtual training program
• Training schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm via Google Meet
• Start date: Saturday, July 18 (virtual training beginning)

Work Modality

The position is fully remote.

Requirements

• Possession of a personal laptop or PC with wired internet connection for remote work
