Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to enrich shopping experiences.
• Assist in daily store activities by responding efficiently to customer needs.
• Maintain attractive store presentation standards to boost customer satisfaction.
• Be actively visible to customers, providing personalized help and addressing queries or complaints quickly.
• Ensure continuous replenishment focusing on essential items and fresh food, maintaining stock quality and correct shelf rotation.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support smooth store operations including cleanliness and organization.
• Adhere strictly to safety regulations, report potential hazards, and follow company policies and legal requirements.
