Role Overview

We are looking for a committed and guest-focused Runner to uphold an exceptional dining experience characterized by the highest hospitality standards. The Runner serves as the essential link between kitchen and dining areas, ensuring the precise, timely, and careful delivery of RH’s culinary creations. Candidates who are passionate about enhancing guest satisfaction, excel in team collaboration, and strive for perfection in every detail will thrive in this role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm and inviting service consistently, embodying First Class Service principles.
• Manage the presentation and delivery of dishes to guests with accuracy, impeccable timing, and quality maintenance.
• Facilitate the kitchen-to-dining room flow by supporting the expediting processes.
• Maintain and organize service areas, including polishing stations and expediting lines, ensuring a curated environment.
• Proactively anticipate guest needs and assist with table clearing, resetting, and upkeep throughout service periods.
• Demonstrate dedication to RH’s standards through personal grooming, thorough menu knowledge, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Adopt and promote a team-centric approach guided by the “Full Hands In, Full Hands Out” philosophy.

Requirements

• A minimum of one year experience in a dynamic, customer-facing, or culinary support position.
• Preferred proficiency in English to communicate effectively within an international business environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the application country at the time of submission.
• Compliance with the minimum legal age for alcohol service, shift work, and full kitchen duties as per local labor and safety regulations.
• Availability and flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and various shifts as business needs dictate.

Physical Demands

• Regularly lift and transport items up to 25 kg, employing proper equipment and techniques.
• Comfortable standing and walking for long durations.
• Adherence to safe and sanitary practices within a commercial kitchen setting.
