About the Role and Organization
Join a global professional network dedicated to creating economic opportunities for workforce members worldwide. This role is part of the Global Clients Program, focusing on managing and expanding relationships with major strategic enterprise clients across the globe. The position supports a hybrid work model, balancing remote work and office presence based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft and implement strategic sales plans to boost retention, deepen customer engagement, foster expansion, and secure sustainable growth within the Global Clients portfolio.
- Lead and mentor a team comprising Regional Account Managers and Global Client Executives, nurturing a culture that emphasizes high performance, accountability, inclusivity, and customer focus.
- Guide sales teams through complex enterprise sales cycles involving renewals, multi-year contracts, cross-selling, upselling, and acquiring new clients.
- Act as a senior sponsor for key customer accounts, collaborating directly with executive-level stakeholders to achieve business objectives and client success.
- Partner with clients to analyze their talent and business challenges and design solutions that fully leverage the Talent Solutions offerings.
- Lead strategic account planning to expand relationships within parent companies, affiliated business units, and various organizational segments.
- Ensure accurate forecasting by enforcing pipeline reviews, MEDDPICC methodologies, sales analytics tools, stringent opportunity assessment, and disciplined sales execution.
- Maintain team focus and priority alignment, ensuring adherence to sales systems, processes, and operational rhythms.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various regions and functions within a highly matrixed corporate structure to drive desired outcomes and business growth.
- Develop future sales leaders via coaching, mentoring, succession planning, and talent cultivation.
- Manage change with clarity and resilience, promoting a growth mindset and continuous process improvements.
- Partner with senior leadership to shape segment strategies and pinpoint opportunities for scaling growth.
- Promote adoption of innovative technologies and AI-driven techniques to boost team efficiency and client impact.
- Champion a diverse and inclusive team environment where all employees can excel.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12 years of experience in quota-driven sales roles with a consistent record of surpassing revenue targets.
- Proven background in selling enterprise SaaS or software solutions to complex organizations.
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise and global customer relationships and navigating multi-stakeholder sales processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple regions and function within matrixed organizations.
Preferred Attributes
- Over 3 years of leadership experience managing enterprise sales teams.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate business degree is preferred.
- Experience leading sales teams within India.
- Proficiency in driving both retention and growth sales strategies across diversified industries.
- Capability of managing both on-site and virtual sales operations.
- Strong executive presence and proven rapport-building with C-suite stakeholders.
- Track record of leading teams through ambiguity and organizational changes.
- Expertise in enterprise sales methodologies, forecasting, and CRM-driven sales management.
- Experience in rapid-growth, globally matrixed environments.
- Sharp commercial judgment with ability to analyze business opportunities and inform strategic initiatives.
