Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of high-quality technology solutions supporting Sales and Distribution modernization, including platforms for employers, brokers, enrollment, benefits, and API integrations.
• Create and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases for web applications, APIs, workflow automations, and AI-enabled systems to ensure reliability, performance, and compliance.
• Collaborate extensively with product owners, business analysts, developers, architects, and offshore teams to validate requirements and ensure smooth enterprise system integrations.
• Conduct functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing; assist with test automation; track and manage defects; validate data quality and system performance; and actively contribute to ongoing quality improvement efforts.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support release validation activities, ensuring alignment with enterprise quality standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of professional experience in software quality assurance, quality engineering, or application testing involving enterprise applications and system integration.
• Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools coupled with practical knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, test planning, defect lifecycle management, and QA best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, effective communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
