Lucky Digital Technical Consultants is seeking a skilled and organized SEO Project Manager / Operations Manager to join their team in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. This role involves managing SEO projects and teams while staying updated with the latest search engine trends.

Role Responsibilities

• Oversee daily SEO projects and ensure client deliverables are met promptly.
• Delegate tasks efficiently among SEO specialists, content writers, link builders, virtual assistants, and designers.
• Monitor deadlines closely to ensure project milestones are achieved on time.
• Conduct quality reviews of work before submission to clients.
• Perform comprehensive keyword research and conduct on-page, off-page, and technical SEO audits.
• Use analytics tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog to analyze campaign performance.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and provide weekly progress reports to stakeholders.
• Keep SEO strategies aligned with the latest Google algorithm changes, AI-powered search updates, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) best practices, and EEAT guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in SEO or SEO project management.
• Proficient with key SEO tools including SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4, and Google Search Console.
• Strong understanding of Google's recent algorithm updates, AI-driven search technologies, GEO concepts, and EEAT standards.
• Familiarity with project management platforms like ClickUp, Trello, or proficient use of Google Sheets.
• Excellent communication, leadership capabilities, and strong project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.

Compensation

This position offers a monthly salary range between 15,000 and 30,000 Indian Rupees.
