ServiceNow HRSD Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow HRSD Developer to plan, create, and deploy HR Service Delivery solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform. This role involves designing and enhancing various HRSD functionalities to streamline HR processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and tailor HRSD components such as Case Management, Employee Service Center, and Knowledge Management modules.
• Configure HR workflows, including lifecycle event automation and system integrations.
• Create and improve catalog items, record producers, and workflows using Flow Designer.
• Implement client-side and server-side scripting including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Access Controls (ACLs).
• Establish integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and external platforms via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Work closely with stakeholders to collect requirements and deliver scalable, efficient solutions.
• Maintain optimal platform performance, security, and adhere to best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven expertise in ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD).
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting for platform development.
• Experience working with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Service Portal.
• Good knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) concepts.
• Familiarity with HR lifecycle events and employee workflow processes.
• Preferred certifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or HRSD specialization.
