Shopify E-commerce Account Manager

About the Role

M/s Al - Karim Leather is seeking a skilled Shopify E-commerce Account Manager to autonomously oversee our entire Shopify store operations while boosting online sales performance. This role demands a versatile individual capable of managing all facets of the e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete Shopify store including product listings, edits, and optimization.
• Oversee collections, website menus, and general site management.
• Coordinate order processing and fulfillment activities.
• Handle inventory control and management effectively.
• Design and implement discount coupons, promotional offers, and campaigns.
• Perform basic Shopify theme customization and install/configure relevant apps.
• Drive conversion rate optimization initiatives to improve sales metrics.
• Provide customer support through email and chat channels.
• Utilize Shopify analytics tools for sales reporting and business insights.
• Manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns, Google Ads, and Google Merchant Center.
• Monitor website performance via Google Analytics (GA4).
• Execute email marketing strategies using Shopify Email, Klaviyo, or similar platforms.
• Implement abandoned cart recovery efforts.
• Optimize SEO for products and collections to enhance visibility.
• Regularly track performance and strategize for continued sales growth.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least two years of practical experience managing Shopify stores.
• Proficient with Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
• Experienced in working with Shopify apps and themes.
• Basic graphic editing skills using tools like Canva or Photoshop.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to operate independently and meet sales objectives.

Preferred Additional Skills

• Expertise in Klaviyo email marketing.
• Knowledge of Google Merchant Center management.
• Familiarity with GA4 analytics.
• Strong SEO capabilities specific to Shopify.
• Experience in landing page optimization.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
