Position Overview

We are seeking professionals for two key roles: Sourcing Manager and Closing Manager, both pivotal in driving sales and client engagement in the real estate sector.

Responsibilities

Sourcing Manager

• Identify and generate high-quality leads utilizing diverse sourcing channels.
• Establish and nurture robust relationships with channel partners to support sourcing activities.
• Organize site visits and actively manage the sales pipeline to ensure steady progress.
• Collaborate closely with the closing team to enhance conversion rates.
• Consistently meet or exceed predetermined sourcing targets.

Closing Manager

• Convert pre-qualified leads into confirmed property bookings by executing effective sales strategies.
• Lead site visits and deliver detailed project presentations to prospective clients.
• Handle negotiations and finalize sales agreements efficiently.
• Develop and sustain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to promote loyalty and referrals.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales goals.

Eligibility
