Role Purpose

Under general guidance, the Supply Chain Strategy Analyst partners with internal business units and corporate stakeholders to identify and execute critical, cross-functional supply chain projects. This role requires initiative in forming hypotheses, gathering quantitative data, and crafting detailed business cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead analytical efforts to inform strategic supply chain decisions and uncover new opportunities.
• Condense analysis outcomes and project updates into clear presentations for leadership review.
• Develop comprehensive business case documentation for supply chain initiatives.
• Collect, organize, and analyze relevant datasets from diverse sources such as cost and demand metrics.
• Help define scope and quantify needs related to capacity, resources, logistics, and supply chain planning.
• Gain and apply deep technical knowledge and market insights to support strategic decisions.
• Work collaboratively across teams to incorporate input from all essential stakeholders.
• Ensure projects reach meaningful conclusions that deliver value.
• Perform additional related duties as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Technical field, or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, operations, strategy, consulting, or a similar field involving comparable responsibilities.
• Strong customer service focus with the capability to promptly diagnose and resolve complex supply chain challenges.
• Robust quantitative and analytical skills to identify and implement viable supply chain solutions.
• Proven ability to advance projects even when all requirements are not fully defined.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a talent for building partnerships and effectively communicating narratives.
• A commitment to continuous improvement through root-cause analysis and problem-solving.
• Experience creating structured frameworks, handling large data sets, and conveying conclusions clearly.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and database tools; familiarity with Tableau is advantageous.

Scope and Collaboration

This role interacts closely with business units, corporate teams, and supply chain organizations to ensure alignment and comprehensive input.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

• Capable of maintaining seated posture for extended periods.
• Regular use of hands for grasping, talking, hearing, standing, and walking required.
• Vision requirements include close focus, depth perception, and adjustment ability.
• Occasional lifting or moving of items over 20 pounds is required.
• Prolonged use of computers and telephones is expected.
