Role Overview

In the role of Talent Strategy Intern, you will play a crucial part in attracting, engaging, and developing outstanding talent as Consultport experiences rapid expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft and execute talent acquisition strategies using platforms such as professional networks, LinkedIn, and community events to ensure an excellent candidate journey.
• Oversee end-to-end hiring processes, including creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
• Enhance the employer brand by initiating new branding efforts, nurturing partnerships with recruitment channels like universities and job sites, and representing Consultport at external events.

Candidate Profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for engaging diverse candidates.
• A natural curiosity about people with the ability to inquire and understand their motivations deeply.

Qualifications

• Pending university graduation in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields.
• Demonstrated academic excellence, ranking within the top 20% of your class.
• Eligibility to undertake a mandatory internship required for graduation or university credit.
• Prior exposure to recruiting or talent acquisition is advantageous but not compulsory.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; German or French language skills are beneficial.
