Key Responsibilities

• Identify and place top technology professionals to meet client requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, expanding your portfolio and boosting commission earnings.
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to final placement, supported by marketing and advertising teams.
• Consistently meet and aim to exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) to contribute to team success.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally in technology or a related sector.
• A competitive, driven attitude paired with strong determination to succeed.
• Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to meet KPIs.
• A client-centric approach featuring consultative and ethical recruitment practices.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive base salary up to 32,000 plus unlimited commission potential.
