About the Role

Portea Medical Services is hiring motivated and goal-oriented Telecalling Executives to join our expanding team in Domlur, Bengaluru. The successful candidates will engage potential clients to understand their healthcare needs and promote our range of services by communicating effectively over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

Perform outbound telephonic outreach to prospective and existing customers.
Identify customer requirements and suggest appropriate healthcare solutions.
Generate leads and successfully convert inquiries into sales.
Maintain follow-up communications with clients to strengthen engagement.
Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.
Accurately log customer interactions and details in the CRM software.
Resolve customer queries promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to provide a smooth customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

Fluency in English and Hindi is essential.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities required.
A customer-focused attitude coupled with a good sales acumen.
Basic computer skills needed.
Knowledge of Kannada, Tamil, or Telugu is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate degree preferred.
Experience in telesales, inside sales, customer support, or BPO sectors is valued but not mandatory.
Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Work Schedule

Shift length: 8 hours per day.
Weekly off days rotate; there is no fixed weekly off.
