Job Overview
As a Telesales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to connect with both potential and existing customers via phone calls. Qualifications and Requirements
- Reside in Bengaluru or be open to relocating there.
- Possess excellent communication and people skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Demonstrate patience, composure, and resilience to rejection and work-related stress.
- Exhibit strong listening abilities and professional telephone manners.
- Follow scripts adeptly without sounding robotic or scripted.
- Possess good organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with relevant computer software.
- Show eagerness to learn with a strong drive to succeed and grow.
- Be punctual and effectively manage time.
- Maintain a positive demeanor and high energy throughout interactions.
