Role Overview

We are seeking a Temporary Graphic Designer to support a finite business need from September 2026 through approximately January 2027. This full-time role centers on producing promotional materials by editing and adapting existing Adobe InDesign templates rather than creating new designs. The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with Client Success Managers (CSMs) and the Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and fulfill a large volume of promotional content requests from CSMs to aid client wellbeing programs.
• Edit and update existing templates in Adobe InDesign for both print and digital formats.
• Ensure all deliverables comply with Navigate's brand standards.
• Maintain clear, prompt communication with request submitters, asking clarifying questions as needed.
• Manage and monitor an inbound request queue to guarantee timely and precise delivery.
• Consistently meet deadlines, especially during times of high request volume.
• Gain understanding of Navigate’s customers, products, and marketing materials.
• Utilize internal marketing systems and processes effectively.
• Maintain quality control using organized tracking and review systems.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and contribute collaboratively with solutions-focused attitude.

Candidate Profile

• Proven ability with Adobe InDesign, particularly in editing template-based designs.
• Strong grasp of graphic design principles such as typography, color theory, and layout consistency.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to juggle multiple concurrent requests without sacrificing quality.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills, including the capacity to seek clarification and provide timely updates.
• Self-driven, proactive, and dependable under deadline pressure.
• Open to feedback and able to maintain a professional, team-oriented work style.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least one year of design or production experience in an agency, in-house team, or related setting, supported by a portfolio showcasing template-based work.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or equivalent professional experience.

Technical Proficiencies

• Adobe InDesign
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

• HTML knowledge
• Experience with Jira, Highspot, and Microsoft Teams

Work Environment

• Primarily office conditions with prolonged sitting and occasional walking or standing.
• Some physical activity including bending, squatting, twisting, and stair climbing may be involved.
• Minimal exposure to workplace hazards.
