Role Overview

As a UI/UX and Marketing Designer at Flexlog, you play a crucial creative role bridging development teams and application users. By crafting intuitive designs and user concepts centered around customer needs, you contribute directly to enhancing the value of our products. You will develop visual concepts and maintain a consistent brand experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create user concepts ranging from individual features to complete applications.
• Design and produce layouts, use cases, and prototypes.
• Engage in direct communication with end-users and incorporate their feedback into design improvements.
• Develop impactful graphics and renderings for product presentations and the company website.
• Collaborate closely with graphic designers and external service providers on content creation.
• Work within agile frameworks and actively participate in biweekly sprint planning sessions.

Candidate Profile

• Completed university degree in design, computer science, or related fields.
• Experience designing user interfaces and user concepts, including personal projects.
• Proficiency in user experience design and interaction design principles.
• Strong aesthetic sense and usability focus.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
• Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and social aptitude for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with design tools and vector graphic editors.
