Our culture fosters collaboration and initiative. We are looking to expand our award-winning Global Payroll division, specifically the iiPay business, by hiring a UK Payroll Associate. This permanent, full-time role can be based remotely from our UK, Hungary, Romania, or Poland offices, with occasional office visits as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and accurately deliver UK payrolls for a portfolio of international client accounts, coordinating closely with client requirements to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Adhere to scheduled payroll delivery dates by effectively managing time and maintaining direct communications with clients to meet or surpass deadlines and service expectations; escalate any issues internally as required.
  • Continuously improve payroll systems, processes, and delivery methods to enhance efficiency and quality within the client service environment.
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, the implementation team, and account managers to ensure transparency and smooth operation.
  • Develop and sustain comprehensive knowledge of UK payroll legislation, statutory requirements, and deadlines, serving as the primary operational contact for UK payroll matters.
  • Contribute to or lead projects aimed at improving company systems, processes, or functions related to payroll operations.
  • Manage and resolve client escalations effectively while collaborating with the payroll provider management team to refine processes across the partner network.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • At least 2 years of experience processing UK payrolls within a multi-client environment, managing diverse payrolls and client relationships.
  • Proven ability to deliver UK payroll under strict service level agreements, with expertise in handling complex payroll elements and varied terms and conditions.
  • Familiarity with different pension schemes, salary sacrifice options, and auto-enrolment processes compliant with UK legislation.
  • Experience working with a range of international clients, including both small businesses and large corporations such as FTSE and Fortune 500 companies, demonstrating strong client communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven professional motivation, excellent communication, attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for effective data management and manipulation.
  • Experience operating within regulated service delivery environments, such as ISAE 3402 or SSAE 16 standards.
