About the Role
We are looking for a Visual Merchandiser dedicated to enhancing the shopping experience by designing captivating store displays that uphold brand standards and boost sales through effective product arrangements across all retail locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply the organization's Visual Merchandising guidelines consistently throughout all outlets.
- Arrange products systematically by category, size, color, and collection to ensure an organized presentation.
- Create eye-catching window and promotional displays that attract customers.
- Maintain store layout and customer navigation pathways according to company protocols.
- Style mannequins with the newest collections to showcase the latest trends.
- Work closely with teams during new product introductions to ensure display alignment.
- Implement seasonal themes, celebrations, and marketing displays effectively.
- Oversee stock presentation, ensuring shelves remain fully stocked.
- Perform regular visual merchandising audits, including photographic documentation, and compile detailed reports.
- Provide training to store or franchise teams on visual merchandising standards and upkeep.
- Support teams during new store openings with display setup.
- Analyze customer movement patterns and recommend display changes to improve sales conversions.
Daily Duties
- Conduct visits to assigned retail stores for supervision.
- Inspect window displays for compliance with guidelines.
- Organize product placements following visual merchandising standards.
- Dress mannequins with appropriate collections.
- Verify that promotional displays are properly executed.
- Ensure adequate lighting and signage for displays.
- Capture before-and-after photographs of displays to monitor improvements.
- Submit daily reports documenting visual merchandising activities.
Required Skills

Experience and Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in retail visual merchandising.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in apparel or fashion retail sectors.
