Warehouse Assistant

About the Role

Clay Clinic is in search of a committed and meticulous Warehouse Assistant to join their team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This position plays a crucial role in managing medical and operational inventory efficiently, as well as supporting the daily functions of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and arrange incoming inventory accurately.
• Track inventory levels and assist with reorder processes for clinic supplies.
• Distribute necessary supplies to various clinic departments.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment in compliance with clinic policies.
• Work collaboratively with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.

Requirements

• Prior experience handling warehouse or inventory duties, preferably within healthcare.
• Excellent skills in organizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• High accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
• A positive, team-oriented mindset to work effectively with colleagues.
