Overview

Grow Stellar Sales and Distribution Private Limited is seeking a competent Website Developer to design, build, and manage responsive, user-friendly websites that meet business goals. The role requires proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies to ensure websites are secure, functional, fast, and optimized for users and search engines.

Key Responsibilities

Create and sustain responsive, high-performance websites.
Develop intuitive front-end interfaces utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and contemporary frameworks.
Manage back-end services and database integration for smooth functionality.
Enhance website speed, performance, and overall user experience.
Identify and fix bugs, compatibility, and technical issues promptly.
Ensure website scalability, security, and SEO optimization.
Integrate third-party APIs, plugins, and payment gateways as necessary.
Collaborate with designers and content teams to implement site features.
Conduct routine updates, maintenance tasks, and backup operations.
Keep current with latest web technologies, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline is preferred.
Between 1 to 5 years of experience in website development roles.
Skilled in front-end development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
Experienced with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Knowledgeable in back-end programming languages like PHP, Node.js, Python, or .NET.
Familiar with database technologies including MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Exposure to Content Management Systems such as WordPress or Shopify.
Understanding of RESTful APIs, Git version control, and collaborative workflows.
Exhibit strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Preferred Experience

Familiarity with cloud hosting platforms and web environments.
Insight into website security protocols, performance tuning, and SEO implementations.
Experience developing e-commerce websites.
Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.
