About the Internship
This role involves analyzing and documenting business requirements, improving processes, and managing regional product backlogs within an Agile framework. The intern will support Scrum activities, evaluate business processes, and stay informed about product features to facilitate implementation.
Key duties include organizing meetings, drafting meeting minutes, assisting project leads with user stories and test case reviews, and collaborating across Product, DevOps, Customer Success, and Engineering teams for timely project deliveries. The role also involves support for User Acceptance Testing, tracking project progress, preparing reports, managing resource allocation, conducting knowledge transfer sessions, and contributing to product innovation and roadmap planning.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship starting between July 22, 2026, and August 26, 2026, with a commitment of six months. Candidates should possess relevant skills and interests aligned with the role.
Additional Requirements
- Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering; an MBA specializing in Operations, Finance, or Human Resources is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Exceptional verbal, written communication, and documentation skills.
- Effective collaboration skills across cross-functional teams, potentially spanning different time zones.
- Experience in report creation and delivering presentations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time-management capabilities.
- Familiarity with GitHub, Linear, project management tools, and Agile/Scrum methodologies is beneficial.
Compensation and Schedule
A monthly stipend ranging from INR 15,000 to 20,000 is offered. The internship operates five days per week and includes benefits such as free snacks and beverages, along with a certificate upon completion.
