About the internship

Tsteps Private Limited is an IT community platform development company headquartered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The organisation has a team of more than 90 employees and is hiring a client relationship intern for its Chennai/Tiruvannamalai work locations.

Role overview

This internship focuses on handling client interactions, supporting ongoing accounts, and helping ensure a smooth service experience. The selected intern will work in-office on a full-time basis for 6 months and is expected to join immediately.

What you will do

Take ownership of assigned client accounts and keep them organised.
Stay in regular touch with clients to maintain strong communication.
Address client concerns and work toward timely issue resolution.
Help coordinate service delivery between clients and internal teams.
Contribute to building long-term customer loyalty.
Collect, organise, and share client feedback for improvement.

Eligibility

Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship, ready to begin between 6 Jul 2026 and 10 Aug 2026, able to commit for 6 months, and should bring relevant skills and genuine interest in client relationship work.

Additional details
