About the Internship
Join Sunlight Sports Studio LLP as a Copywriting Intern and dive into creating compelling content for major sports brands like Li-Ning and Hundred. This role involves crafting written material across various platforms including product descriptions, social media posts, advertisements, website content, and full marketing campaigns, all tailored with distinct tones and styles.
Responsibilities
- Produce creative copy for diverse formats such as product pages, performance advertisements, social channels, websites, and comprehensive campaigns.
- Adapt a single creative idea to fit multiple mediums, including short video scripts, static advertisements, and marketplace listings, ensuring the message remains impactful.
- Collaborate early and closely with design and marketing teams to develop and refine concepts together rather than simply adding copy after visuals are finalized.
- Stay informed on current sports news, youth cultural trends, and popular formats to keep content fresh, relevant, and engaging.
- Independently generate original ideas from minimal prompts, demonstrating initiative instead of waiting for detailed directives.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship based in Bangalore.
- Internship start dates should fall between July 29, 2026, and September 2, 2026.
- The internship duration is strictly three months.
- Applicants should possess a strong interest and relevant skills in copywriting, content creation, and marketing.
Additional Requirements
- Up to 1 year of experience in copywriting is preferred, particularly from backgrounds including marketing, e-commerce, D2C, or agency environments.
- A deep understanding and authentic passion for sports and youth culture beyond superficial familiarity.
- An instinctive ability to discern what content will resonate with audiences versus content that would underperform.
- A proactive, self-starting attitude comfortable with taking initiative.
- A portfolio that reflects both creative thinking and writing capability.
