Key Duties
- Initiate communication with assigned prospective students or parents through calls, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
- Identify the academic and career needs of students and advise them on suitable courses and programs.
- Provide detailed explanations regarding course features, advantages, and related career prospects.
- Maintain proactive follow-ups with interested candidates to encourage enrollment conversions.
- Update and manage lead information accurately using CRM systems or spreadsheets.
- Address questions, concerns, and objections with professionalism and clarity.
- Strive to meet weekly and monthly targets linked to student enrollments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth onboarding of newly enrolled students.
Candidate Requirements
- Availability to work remotely for a duration of one month, starting between July 18, 2026, and August 22, 2026.
- Strong communication abilities in English and Hindi, especially conversational proficiency.
- Persuasive skills with a sales-oriented mindset to drive lead conversion.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to acquire knowledge.
- Prior experience in counselling, telecalling, or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to handle calls, consistent follow-ups, and meet targets efficiently.
