Event Management Internship (Work from Home)

About the Internship

PixaBeam Digital Services is excited to offer an internship opportunity for individuals passionate about event management. This role is ideal for those who are creative, attentive to detail, and eager to develop skills in organizing diverse events such as seminars, webinars, and social gatherings.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of multiple types of events.
• Oversee event budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial efficiency.
• Collaborate and negotiate with vendors to obtain optimal agreements.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance event impact.
• Generate fresh event concepts and assist clients remotely in event coordination and task management.
• Address and resolve any challenges that may emerge during events promptly and effectively.
• Maintain clear communication with team members and stakeholders in both written and spoken English.
• Participate in post-event analysis and prepare reports to evaluate success and suggest improvements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be able to work remotely.
• Availability to commence work between 25th July 2026 and 29th August 2026.
• Willingness to commit to a 6-month internship period.
• Possession of relevant skills and a strong interest in event management.

Additional Information
